Have You Heard of Placemaking Stationery?
Introducing my Etsy shop!
I have loved collecting stationery for as long as I can remember, and letter writing in particular, is my favorite way of getting in touch with friends and family.
During the pandemic, I turned to painting and creative projects to reconnect with tangible art forms and to take a break from the digital world. During this time, I designed my first set of postcards and greeting cards, which you can see in my previous “Design” posts.
I got inspired to start an Etsy shop while traveling through Korea & Japan and seeing their amazing take on stationery products. I wanted to create my own stationery that is inspired by people and the places that they live, work, and play in.
A lot of my designs are influenced by my perspective of people and places as an urban planning & designer. I like to illustrate how people get around their town, the things that bring people together in public spaces, iconic landmarks, thoughtful urban design decisions, and more!
Placemaking Stationery was born from a belief that even the most ordinary of places are charming and have the most extraordinary stories to tell. I hope you enjoy checking out the shop and using my stationery to tell your story.
